 1.       IBEW-Issue #15-Fire retardant clothing-Is not readily available in all areas where they are needed. The full union committee has composed language that will serve as the basis for this issue.

2.       IBEW-Issue #17-Safety investigations.  Add the Plant Steward to the investing committee. The full union committee has composed language that will serve as the basis for this issue.

3.       IBEW-Issue #3-The seniority list needs to revert back to the alignment that was in place prior to July 1, 1999.  There are employees who lost seniority and some that gained seniority and they need to be realigned.

6.       IBEW-Issue #6, SNC #14- The grievance process has a need for specific time frames in relation to scheduling first and second step meetings and the union receiving responses to first and second step meetings.  The full union committee has composed language that will serve as the basis for this issue.

8.       IBEW-Issue #38- Meal Policy-Blend some of Farleys language into our policy.  Also increase our amount to 15.00 and some minor language changes.  Refer to --Article 15- Paragraph 44 in our language and also refer to Farleys language-

11.    IBEW-Issue #9- Seniority dates on job notices (vacancies or new jobs) for all job notices (permanent, temporary, and outage support).  Also seniority dates need to be posted on the award notice (it should be the same date).
